  • Drive internal and external tower calls on weekly basis and provide update on on-going issues and status on action items.
  • Be part of the weekly change call and ensure all changes are approved before execution.
  • Drive weekly meetings with onsite and offshore team to fill the technical gaps.
  • Handling Daily stand-up meeting with SQUADS, ensure health of the environment and review last 24 hours workload, IPC status.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and other technical teams to identify the scope and involvement of each team in the DR.
  • Conduct periodic calls with Customer to identify the scope of Mainframe, iSeries, and Distributed involvement during the DR.
  • Coordinate and take complete responsibility of planning and execution of the Mainframe annual DR.
  • Ensure all our delivery commitments are met month on month, ensure.
  • Maintain agreed Service Level commitments are met month on month without any deviations.
  • Involved in Training, Recruitment and Assessments for the mainframe Shared services.
  • Work with technical teams and make sure the action items and problem tickets are updated frequently until closure.
  • Send daily status report to client and Kyndryl stakeholders as per specified format.
  • Part of the weekly oncall as per the schedule.
  • Periodic status updates are sent to Kyndryl and Client stakeholders
  • Drive and own Swat calls (all major INC’s P1 & P2), engage required mainframe resources, vendors and ensure issue is resolved.
  • Part of CAB calls and explain the impact and criticality of the change.
  • Ensure RCAs are submitted to client as per agreed timeline.
  • Support all mainframe Project / refresh / Upgrades.
  • Front end customer, responsible for all the updates and provide to the customer.
  • As a Squad leader, expected to manage Database (Db2, IMS), Operations and AS400 support teams have Daily stand-up calls with team.
  • Service Availability Manager, responsible for managing Mainframe SQUAD and supporting Mainframe Infrastructure for Kyndryl’ s external client.
  • Requirement Minimum of 12 years’ experience supporting Mainframe Environment.
